Acceptance of Terms

By joining the ACC Learn Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not participate in the program.

Introduction

All teachers are expected to carefully review and adhere to the following rules and regulations before applying and throughout the duration of the program.

1. Preparation and Teaching

• Submit your Scheme of Work to the management at least two (2) days before the commencement of classes.
• Provide your proposed class timetable in alignment with the approved scheme of work.
• Adhere strictly to the scheme of work and academic timeline as outlined by the program management.
• Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and curriculum-aligned lessons.
• Employ varied and appropriate teaching methods to address different student learning styles and needs.

2. Professional Conduct

• Uphold a respectful, ethical, and professional demeanor at all times.
• Treat all students equally, without discrimination based on gender, background, or beliefs.
• Avoid favoritism, bias, or any form of harassment.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

3. Punctuality and Attendance

• Be punctual for both management briefings and class sessions.
• Notify management in advance of any planned absence or lateness.
• Failure to provide timely notice may result in the assignment of a substitute instructor for your session.
